By placing an order, you confirm that you have read all product descriptions and reviewed the sizing guide prior to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled as production begins promptly.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience. All transactions are processed securely at checkout — we do not store your payment details. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed at the time of your order will always be honoured.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders will be processed within 3–5 working days of purchase. Shipping follows immediately after processing. Delivery timescales are estimated and subject to carrier performance. Magic Boulevard is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. For lost or undelivered orders, please contact the relevant carrier directly and notify us at magicboulevardltd@gmail.com so we can assist where possible.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy for details. In summary: we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or fault. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.
