ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3–5 working days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING
Shipping begins immediately after your order has been processed. Delivery timescales vary depending on your location and are estimated — we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date, so please order with enough time to account for any delays.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order's journey.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
